HOUSE

In early August 2010, the brothers of Gamma Deuteron moved into our 10,396-square-foot property at 2807 Rio Grande. During the Summer of 2025, to fit the growing needs of our chapter and with the incredible generosity of our supporters, the house underwent extensive renovations. The highlights are listed below.

• Stadium Style Seating for 45 People

  • We’ve created a space to sit back and relax. So whether you want to watch Texas Football, play on our PS5 (available for brothers to use 24/7), or watch a movie, this is the place to do it. With over 200 inches of TV wall, you can watch just about anything.

• Dining Space

  • Whether you live at the house and need a place to eat or you’re just stopping by to study for a bit, we now have seating for over 35 people at one time. With the highest GPA of any IFC fraternity, there’s no shortage of study spots at the AEPi House.

• Addition of Bar & Ping Pong Table

  • Equipped for any event, you can see our bar in action for parties, alumni mixers, family weekend, and more! With a fully stocked bar, the AEPi house is the place to grab a cold one. Additionally, stop by and play in our chapter-wide ping pong league.

• 3rd-Floor Hallway & Redesign

  • Texas AEPi has been in Austin for over 75-years. Founded in 1939, check out our composites over the years, stretching all the way back to the 1950s! The hallway, repainted and redesigned are also home to 12 rooms for brothers to live in. Brothers may live in the house starting their Sophomore year.

The hub of our fraternity on campus, the house hosts our social & brotherhood events and is always full of brothers making lifelong memories.
